[Fontconfig] GARNOME Missing file

I'm trying to use Garnome 0.27.1 to setup Gnome on Darwin. Garnome is
looking to download XRender from your site but the file doesn't appear
to be available. Should I notify Garnome to get the file from someplace
else? I've read the site and it appears that the file should be
available.
