usb ide drive - one event, no action...

hi, i happen to have a usb<->ide converter, thought i'd try it out...

errrrrmmmm...

i think something's gone wrong with my kernel, ps ax shows [scsi_eh_12]
just sitting there...

i'll let you know if it works, when i get a chance to reboot.
