Patch for IBM T23

Here's a patch for an ibm t23 laptop quirk. vbe-post is needed to prevent screen corruption in the virtual terminals. The test machine is running a fully updated fedora 10. I also changed a comment that incorrectly had t32 instead of t23. Because of this quirk, t23's might need a separate entry from the other laptops it's currently bundled with to prevent breakage on those systems.
