[immodule-qt] scim-qtimm 0.7 released

The first scim-qtimm public release is available now, please download it:

It requires scim-lib >= 0.99.9.

scim-qtimm 0.7 has implemented all the functionalities of its gtk
counterpart. Currently there is one option for scim-qtimm which can be
modified in the skim configuration dialog.

The most important thing is that: it is quite stable for every use now (IMO).
