[immodule-qt] I have made immqt patch for Qt 3.3.8 and write next step

Hello All,

I have made the patch of Qt 3.3.8.
This patch doesn't include new functions.

This patch is final release for Qt3.x.

Our project's outcome is included into Qt4.
And it will be widely used in KDE4 planned at the end of this year.

After this, the points which should be modified will be found.
Please use immqt for a long time.
And please seek it. I will seek it too:)

Let's make better character input environment.
