[immodule-qt] bug fix immodule in qt4 and question about default input method settings

I heard about bug in how to use QSettings of QMultiInputContext.
So, I made the patch. Please adopt this.

By the way, I found out to disable setting default input method
by using qtconfig in Qt4.

In my memory, I enabled setting default input method.
Why was this function disabled in Qt4?
