I've the same issue. eglCreateContext returns EGL_NO_CONTEXT, unless I bind to
GLES rather than OpenVG (or leave it as the default GLES). 

eglGetError immediately afterwards returns EGL_SUCCESS (incorrectly). 

This used to work about a month ago when I tried it - the same code works fine
on the reference implementation of OpenVG. This seems to happen whether using
Gallium or not (?). I can cobble together some code to demonstrate if it's
required.
