This is now NOTABUGed; the confusion arose because
autoconfig-1.0.diff.gz from the X-Oz site bears the 1.1 licence, but the
code that was checked into CVS, while still the same, has the 1.0
licence. I kinda figured that there had to be fire with smoke, but some
legal minds I have boundless respect for have told me otherwise, so I've
NOTABUGed it, and I'll just sit here with my tail between my legs for a
bit and go back to working on pkgconfig stuff.
