I'll warn in advance that I've only had a chance to test this briefly on a 
single NV Quadro 280 board, so can't vouch for it much myself, but it is
just importing code from Mark, so there's not much we can do about it.

(About half of it is straightforward - new PCI id's, moving the register tweak
  from a hardcoded setting to a user configurable one.   The rest is Nvidia
  register black magic as best as I can tell, and probably not something anyone
  without Nvidia specs can make head nor tails of.)
