XORG-RELEASE-1-TM builds on Cygwin

The XORG-RELEASE-1-TM branch builds and installs on Cygwin, as of 
2004/03/26 0030 EST.

I did notice that the man pages for programs (e.g. xfs) changed from 
section "n" to section "1".  Was this a bug fix, an actual change done 
intentionally, or something else altogether?  I'm just asking because it 
broke my packaging script that was looking for "mann/xfs.n".

The only other thing I noticed was the expected (I believe) missing 
xorg.xpm failure on install.

Other than that things look good to me.
