For the X11 Protocol, Xlib, and X Session Management Protocol docs,
the version number is X11R6.7, so no further change is needed.
The XDMCP spec does have it's own version number in the doc - I
bumped it from 1.0 to 1.1 in the drafts we reviewed and checked into
the tree, but I forgot to update the Standards man page to match.
I've just done that.
