Converting FrameMaker to XML is an issue for future work, not for this
release.  The only FrameMaker work that was needed for getting this
release out the door was editing any of the standards docs that bear the
release number to change it to X11R6.7, and regenerating the PostScript
versions.

Converting standards docs to XML should be a long term project of the
Arch Task Force.
