[SCIM] Inputting tone-correct Pinyin (not characters) with SCIM

You mean the kind of pinyin with the four different accents, right? 
I daresay you'd be able to do that without SCIM, just by assigning 
a couple of extra dead keys to some keyboard layout. In the event 
that you can't find one on Google, you'll have to sit down with a 
good Unicode editor and some lookup tables ( www.alanwood.net/unicode/ 
or gucharmap, perhaps? ) and make a table or keymap yourself, I suppose.
