[SCIM] Inputting tone-correct Pinyin (not characters) with SCIM

Please try the attached one.  Here the way to install it.

(1) Install m17n-db, m17n-lib and scim-m17n (if not yet done).
(2) copy the attached file to /usr/local/share/m17n or
    /usr/share/m17n (whichever directory where m17n-db
    is installed).
(3) insert this line in the file mdb.dir of the above directory.

(input-method zh pinyin "zh-pinyin.mim")

Please note that I have not yet fully tested zh-pinyin.mim
and it may contain some typo.   In that case, please write
to me.

One more thing: "u:" can be typed also by "v", so "lu:4" can
by typed by "lv4".
