[SCIM] I can't update scim-hangul from svn repo

Hi,
  As I know, they won't restore the content of scim website and svn
for us. We must manage to restore them by ourselves. But I can't login
into freedesktop.org any longer. don't know how to restore them.
  So I think it's time to move all scim project development to sf.net.
Do you think it's ok?
