[SCIM] Some suggestions for SCIM

Hi,
  1. I'll check this issue.
  2. If you are using gtk panel, then it's the responsibility of
gtk2/pango/fontconfig libraries. If your  fontconfig is set up
correctly, then gtk2 will use the correctly font for each individual
character automatically.
