[SCIM] ANN: SCIM-chewing 0.1.1 released.

Dear all,

  I am glad to inform you that there is a new IM Engine for SCIM
available, which is named as SCIM-chewing. Chewing[1] is an 
intelligent Chinese phonetic input method, and SCIM-chewing acts
its bridge module for SCIM.

  The public released version is very rough yet, but it is proven
to work well. You can download the tarball via the website (with
Chinese text). The latest tarball is here:
