In many cases, "각ㅏ" is invalid sequence. So it is very rare to input
such string. If a user really want to insert such string with 2 set
method, he/she should make the preedit string commited by pressing
'space' or other non-hangul keys and then remove the unneeded chars.
Anyway it is very extraordinary case.
