[SCIM] Selection keys in scim-chinese (and scim-skk)

Hi,
  Great news. But using alphabets to select candidates is not suitable
for Chinese pinyin input method, because such alphabets are part of
pinyin token and Chinese users don't want to hit commit key for each
phrase or single Hanzi.
