[SCIM] Making Scim run automatically

Hi,
I'm not sure to understand what you mean...

Is it that I have to edit the file :
/usr/share/xsessions/kde.desktop

and to add the 3 following lines :
/usr/bin/scim &
export XMODIFIERS="@im=SCIM"
export GTK_IM_MODULE=scim

between two following lines :
Type=XSession
Exec=startkde

Is it what i should do ?
