[SCIM] Can't make scim-0.9.7/scim-lib-cvs on gcc-3.4.1

If you want to try out the CVS version, you may checkout with tag 
scim_before_implement_properties. Or if you want to try some blade edge 
features of SCIM, please checkout with tag scim_before_rename_server. 
But scim-chinese code has not been updated to support the newer code.

Or if you still want to try 0.9 branch, use tag scim_0_9 instead.

GCC 3.4 compilation issue should have been fixed in CVS.
