[SCIM] Pinyin and Tables disappeared from the menu.

I removed ~/.scim and tried again, but it didn't make any difference.  UIM was 
not loaded with the command.

I'm using uim-0.3.9 compiled with "--prefix=/usr  --sysconfdir=/etc 
--without-m17nlib" options.
