[SCIM] scim-chinese CVS HEAD now can work with scim CVS HEAD.

I was able to successfully download, compile and run CVS HEAD scim-lib
and scim-chinese on a stock Fedora Core 2 system.

Previously,  running the Red Hat 9 RPMs or compiling the
scim-0.9.7.tar.gz and scim-chinese 0.3.0.tar.gz would give me the
message

Loading Server module: pinyin ...
    Loading Server Factory 0 ... : Failed
No Server Factory loaded from pinyin Server module!

I hope this helps the other users who had this problem.
