[SCIM] Re: [openi18n-im:00826] Merging SCIM and IIIMF

Hi, here is my first stage plan (the cooperation stage):

1. Learn LEIF and IIIMCF.
2. Implement iiimf to scim bridge using libiiimcf.
3. Help to extend the default LEIF interface to meet the requirement
of many CJK input methods.
4. Implement scim to iiimf bridge in order to use scim as a leif with iiimf.

Any idea?
