[SCIM] SCIM and GTK+ 2.4

Hi everyone,

I've heard people compile SCIM against GTK+ 2.4 and everything works
fine.  However I've also heard people reporting that scim packages
compiled against GTK+ 2.2 in Debian unstable break when they upgrade to
GTK+ 2.4 in Debian experimental.

Can anybody confirm this or provide more details?  Does anyone has
similar problem in other distributions?

I don't have time to investigate this problem, however there is a Alioth
