[SCIM] Re: Hi, I update scim-panel-kde a little.

Yeap, after recompiling scim-chinese, it seems it
works again (3 days ago CVS HEAD)

I just wonder if scim-chinese is the course of the
problem, why I could not input chinese even with table
input method (such as Erbi).
