[SCIM] SmartChangJei for scim-tables

Nice to meet you guys in this list.
I have tried to convert SmartChangjei 6 table with scim-tables.

SmartChangjei 6 is an improved Cangjei input method for 
traditional Chinese.  Detail information of the input method
can be found at http://www.scj2000.com/.  (The site is written in 
traditional Chinese, i.e. in BIG-5 encoding.)

I am still discussing with the owner of the input method for the
licence issue.   He allows me to publish a binary form but he said 
he does not want to release the source form of the input method. 
I hope there would be a good news from him for this issue.
