Still there are no official releases, so you need to do it:
$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.jp:/cvsroot/scim-imengine login
password = [press enter]
$ cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.jp:/cvsroot/scim-imengine co scim-anthy
