[SCIM] Suggestion: SCIM should choose the last engine on startup

Hi James,

I think SCIM should choose the last engine on startup.

example)
$ gedit
press ctrl+space
(SCIM choose uim-m17n-ja-tcode automatically)
=> choose scim-anthy manually
=> close gedit

$ gedit
press ctrl+space
SCIM choose uim-m17n-ja-tcode again.

In this case, SCIM should choose scim-anthy.

I'm using scim-cvs20041125.
You can find the packages at

NOTE: If you update scim-lib, you need to rebuild all modules with new scim-lib.
Then remove ~/.scim please.
