[SCIM] SCIM 1.0.1 series for Debian

Hi,

I think Debian unstable now has very good support of scim packages
version 1.0.1 with all the fixes. Today, scim-uim and scim-m17n have
been officially accepted to the Debian archive.  Now all CJK IM are
supported well.  Thanks for nice softwares.

I expect next official stable release of Debian (sarge) will have all
these packages.  So far it is working nice with Gnome 2.8 .
