But that means you need a complete copy of /usr/share/m17n/ in
your home directory, even if you want to add or change only
a little bit. And you will miss updates in /usr/share/m17n
if the m17n-db package is updated.

I think it would be better to have only personal additions in ~/.m17n/
and not everything.
