[SCIM] problems using scim

As said s/=scim/=SCIM/

But did you know Debian sarge (testing) or sid (unstable) comes with
scim and related configuration program m17n-env?

Get the source by pointing /etc/apt/sources.list to unstable and testing
as described in Debian Reference.  Then rebuilding under your
environment is quite easy.  (Or you may switch system to Debian)
