[SCIM] two bugs, one raw-code, one uim-canna

1. big font mess with candidate display for "raw code"
table:

select a big font for the panel, then the candidate
list for the "RAW
Code" table won't be able to display fully. for e.g.,
i chose sarif16,
then type 262, there should be 16 candidates, but only
the first 14
will be displayed in 2 pages, the last 2 candidates
'\u262e' and
'\u262f' won't if you press the "next page" key '.',
and it won't go
around to the first 7 either.


2. uim-canna, press a number key, then press space key
to display the
cand list. press space key some times again, the
cand-list get
inconsistent.
