[stsf] Adding Xvnc driver to STSF Xorg branch ?

There is another way to test STSF - switch it to the client-rendering
mode by setting an environmental variable "XST_SERVICE" to either
"local"
or "client". In this mode libXst.so will not use the XST extension of
the
X server and do its rendering locally and use core X protocol.

libXst.so defaults to the local mode if the X server does not support
the XST extension.
