[Uim] Descriptive names

Hi, just joined the list.

It seems easier to just put more descriptive titles like

Japanese (uim-skk)
Japanese (uim-prime)
Chinese Pinyin (uim-py)

etc. which can also be translated later. Pop up menu might be helpful as
well, but as uim as multi-lingual, seems like it should be made easy to
tell which ones are for what language.
