[Uim] uim 0.2.1 released

This does seem to fix the problem. I can now use special characters (æ, 
ø, å, ä, ê, etc.) while using uim under GTK2.

I noticed that key combos such as ctrl-q and alt-3 also seem to work in 
both Mozilla and X-Chat, although they don't work in the text-editor I 
made a while ago. This is certainly good news, and I hope everyone 
elses' findings will confirm this.
