[Uim] public svn repository of uim

Hi,

Today, I have a good news. Now you can get latest uim from subversion
repository via http.

http://svn.freedesktop.org/uim/ for normal browser viewing, and 

http://freedesktop.org:8080/svn/uim/ for SVN clients.

So, if you want to get latest uim main trunk, you can

$svn checkout http://freedesktop.org:8080/svn/uim/trunk
