[Uim] uim-prime vs. anthy (also, possible help for uim-py)

Prime is a different kind of input model, which is based on prediction.
It is very similar to a method that is found on japanese cell phones,
but you can also think of it like the URL autocompletion found on many
toolbars.

It essentially takes the partial string you've entered, looks it up in
the conversion dictionary, and shows you a list of candidates. I find
that I can type significantly faster with it than uim-anthy, but uim-xim
(which i need to use it in some other non-gtk programs) has a bug or two
that can cause some weird behaviour sometimes. In gtk2 apps though, its
pretty solid.

It's written in ruby, so you'll need ruby + a few support library's. (On
Gentoo its all taken care of for you, I'm not sure about other distros)
