[Uim] Bad link on UIM page

Me again,
 While poking around the UIM page a bit, I noticed that the second link
listed under "Documents" at http://freedesktop.org/Software/uim described as
"A new way to type Japanese: Uim and Anthy" points to a page that has
been (re?)moved. I tried to edit the wiki to correct this but discovered
I didn't have write access. Can someone either fix this dead link or
give me write access? :)
