[Uim] What should be done until 0.4.6

Since there's many things to do, I deceded that I'll make a list of
todos about 0.4.6 release.

* Document
 - Concreate release procedure must be documented.

* Bug fixes
 - Reported bug fixes. See bugzilla.

* Reported suggestion
 - Improvement of switcher?
 - Keep input mode if possible.
 - Implement of selecting candidate by number key.

* New features
 - Dead keys/Multi key support.
 - Experimental GUI setting tool.
 - Introduce of plugin system.

Without all of above, I'll not release 0.4.6. So, release date of 0.4.6
will be the end of the year...
