Some API/ABI of libuim is changed from 0.2.8. So, you must upgrade
everything related on uim at the same time.

Overview of Changes in uim 0.2.8

* uim-anthy
 - PageUp/PageDown is enabled in candidate window.
 - Ignore inappropriate key events.
 - Correspond to AZIK input method.
   AZIK is extended romaji input method.
   If you want to use AZIK, write (load-azik-table) in your ~/.uim.

 - Correspond to segment separator. If you want to show segment
   separator, write 
 (define anthy-show-segment-separator? #t)
   in your ~/.uim.

* uim-skk
 - Ignore inappropriate key events.
 - Add hankaku kana mode.

* scm/generic.scm
 - Ignore inappropriate key events.

* uim-prime
 - Correspond to property functions.
 - Ignore inappropriate key events.

* uim-romaja (New!)
 - Merged.

* uim-pyunihan (New!)
 - Merged.

* uim-xim
 - Show preedit with konqueror.
 - Numeric keypad is enabled.

 And many many small bug fixes, some documentation updates, etc.
