Since 0.3.1, uim's license is changed to BSDL (3Clause) only, but
some exceptions are exists. See COPYING for more details.

* all
 - Work on 64 bit CPU. (Mike FABIAN)
 - Export need API only. (0.3.0 causes errors with Script-Fu of GIMP)

* uim-anthy
 - Enable beginning-of-preedit and end-of-preedit operations on composing

* uim-xim
 - Candidate is selectable by mouse clicking (KATO Kazuyoshi)
 - Pass other keys in 10key pad. (Etsushi Kato)
 - Properly calculate right limit of preedit region.

* helper
 - Improve check of unix domain socket (Etsushi Kato, KIHARA Hideto)

And misc bug fixes, internal structure improvements, documentation
updates, etc.
