[Uim] uim 0.2.3.2 released

I 'm Sorry, 0.2.3.1's uim-xim still have a problem, it cannot input
hiragana characters completely. 0.2.3.2 is released.

If you are using uim-xim bridge, you must upgrade to 0.2.3.2. 0.2.3.1's
