[Uim] uim 0.2.7 released

uim-0.2.7 is now available for download at:

 0.2.6 has some problems, so 0.2.7 is released. The next release will be
0.3.0, and we will change many things.

Overview of Changes in uim 0.2.7
===========================

* all input method
 - Don't call im-update-preedit when calling im-raw-commit.
   This fix the problem we couldn't use PageUp, PageDown keys with
   Gtk+'s TextView widget.

* scm/generic.scm
 - reset op-count when preediting end.
 - fix some problems nearby candidate window.

* uim-skk
 - using stat instead of lstat. (If using lstat, uim cause
   segmentation fault if dictionary file is symlink.)
