[Uim] prime with 0.2.7

Hi,
Thank you for your notice. Yes, it's a bug of PRIME.
The latest Suikyo hasn't solved the problem yet, since I'm thinking
how to change dynamically pairs of punctuation such as "。、" or
".,".
Anyway, I hasten to fix it.
