[Uim] uim 0.4.0 released

 Sorry for long time absence, uim-0.4.0 is now available for download

Overview of Changes in uim 0.4.0

* uim-fep (New!)
 - Tool for console input. Contributed by Masanari Yamamoto.
    Unfortunatelly, it worked on ja_JP.eucJP locale only in
    my environment. Please test it.

* screen-uim (Deleted)
 - Now we have uim-fep, so screen-uim was deleted.

* uim-anthy
 - Deleted skk-like key bindings.

* uim-prime
 - Updated with new Hiroyuki Komatsu's prime.scm.

* uim-skk
 - Fixed broken candidate window.
 - Remove candidate annotation correctly. (458, 399 @2ch)
 - preedit should not be updated if not need. (Etsushi Kato)


And many small bug fixes, internal structure improvements....
