Overview of Changes in uim 0.4.1
================================

* all - Fix cannot build in some environment.

In 0.4.0, we used a compile option "-std=gnu89 -pedantic-errors", but it
causes build error at some env. Now we are using "-std=gnu89 -pedantic".

* uim-anthy
 - Disabled a key bind to switch hankaku-kana mode.


And some small bug fiexes.
