[Uim] Uim Users' Document

I wrote Uim's document for the newbie(User).

This document contains the short description of Uim, installation process, 
configuration process.

I use Uim only on my PC(Debian GNU/Linux), so please review this document.
If you found mistakes or want to write some other part, please contact me.
Let's cooperate and make rich documentation.

Specially, I don't know customization of Uim in detail, so I hope some people 
are eager to write this part:-)
