[Uim] uim 0.3.5 released

 uim-0.3.5 is now available for download at:

Because there are many many internal structure improvement in this
release, complex customization code in your ~/.uim may not work. Please

 - Fix some bugs related on kana input.

 - Handle "nq" key sequence.

 - Correspond to PRIME 0.8.x
   And now uim-prime require PRIME 0.8.x, will *not work* with 0.6.x.
 - Fix broken prop-handler (Etsushi Kato)

 - Remove entries "Yu" and "Ye" (David Oftedal)

* uim-xim
 - Send XIM_FORWARD_EVENT as a passive packet. (Etsushi Kato)
