[Uim] Typing traditional Chinese with UIM

I must study about the difference of 'umlaut u' and plain 'u'. It will
take a while.

And, because I made uim-pinyin-big5 from XCIN's table, (Off toppic: so
it's GPL) adding tones will not be so difficult. (I will be able to do
such work in 2 or 3 hours.) But I'm not confident in does it help native
Chinese users. Inputting tone by keyboard seems troublesome for me.
